Every Monday you open three tabs. Stripe for revenue, Google Analytics for traffic, Search Console for search. Then a spreadsheet, so you can see the numbers side by side and decide what to do this week.
It takes most of the morning. By Thursday the sheet is out of date, and you’re back in the tabs.
A business dashboard fixes the copying. Context Board is one built for a solo founder or a small business owner, live, on one board you arrange yourself.
What goes on a small business dashboard
The Founder HQ template lays most of it out for you.
- MRR: the number, its change and a sparkline, plus a chart of the last 90 days.
- Road to $10k: a goal that fills as revenue grows.
- Visitors: the last 30 days, and your top pages.
- Today and Focus: a short to-do list, and a note for what matters most this week.
- Agent activity: what your AI agents are doing, if you use them.
No template ships a number. Each widget says Not connected yet until you connect its source, so nothing on your board is made up.
Run a shop rather than a SaaS? Swap the pieces. Square signs in for payments and orders, PayPal for payments and invoices, and Intercom for your open conversations.
Where the numbers come from
Each service connects once, the way it allows.
- Stripe: sign in through Stripe’s own MCP server, or save a restricted key for MRR and your balance.
- Lemon Squeezy: save an API key and pick your store, for revenue, MRR, orders and payments.
- Google Analytics and Search Console: sign in with Google, read only, and choose a site. Users, sessions, top pages, channels, countries, clicks, impressions, queries and position.
- Plausible: save a key for visitors, visitors today, top pages and sources.
- Signups: read them from Supabase, or have your app send each count to the board with one web request.
The board only reads. It runs a service’s read tools and nothing else, and a key you save is sealed on our server and never sent back. Sources stay live while the board is open. If one fails, its widget keeps the last good number and says what went wrong.
Building it with your agent
You don’t have to lay it out by hand. Connect the AI you already use, like Claude, ChatGPT or Claude Code, and ask. “Show my Stripe revenue and newest customers on the board.” “Put a goal of 500 signups next to the signups number.” The agent finds what you connected and builds the widgets, and anything it does can be undone.
Then make it yours. Pick a theme, drag the tiles where your eye goes first, and press F for full screen on the monitor beside your desk.
Sharing it
A board can be shared as a live, read-only link, or put on your own site. People see the numbers move, never your sources or keys. There are no team seats or client reports. It’s one owner’s board, made to be looked at every day.
