What it does
Ask any agent for a week of posts. Each one lands as a draft on its day and channel, signed with the agent’s name, ready for you to edit.
The counter counts a link as 23 and an emoji as 2, as X does. Over the limit it turns red and says by how much. X Premium turns the warnings off.
X, LinkedIn, your newsletter and your blog to start, with each channel’s mark on its posts. Name any other channel and it joins them.
Posts with no day yet wait in Ideas. Drag one onto a day and it becomes a draft, or drag a post back when the plan changes.
Flip to the Status board to see where every post stands. Nothing publishes from the board: you post it, then mark it posted.
Drop up to four pictures on a post, and copy or download each one when it is time to post.
Ask your agents
You ask: Plan three posts about Spanish reminders
Three drafts on their days: X on Tuesday, LinkedIn on Thursday, the newsletter on Friday.
You ask: Move the launch thread to Friday
The launch day thread moves to Friday at 9:00 AM, still scheduled.
You ask: Add post ideas from this week’s replies on X
New ideas in the Ideas column, each saying where it came from.
Also try Claude: “Split the onboarding thread so each part fits in 280”
