Free time, found and filled
Ask for two hours and your agent reads every calendar on the board, finds the gap and puts the task in it, signed with its name.
Calendars
Meetings, tasks, posts and follow-ups in one week. Your agents find the time, and ask before they touch Google.
Free for 3 days, then $12 a month.
My week on a phone. Every name and time on it is example data.
What it does
Ask for two hours and your agent reads every calendar on the board, finds the gap and puts the task in it, signed with its name.
Your Google calendars sit on the board and stay in step. When you ask an agent to change a Google event, the board makes the change only once it says you agreed.
Your content calendar’s posts show at their times and your pipeline’s follow-ups on their days. Hide either one with its box.
When a guest’s email matches a deal, the meeting shows it. Prep gets you a brief, and Log it on the deal saves what you agreed.
Each event with a time pings you ten minutes ahead, with Join right there for a call. One switch adds your Google events.
Press N and type “Lunch with Sam Friday 1pm 1h”. It lands on that day, at that time, for that long.
Ask your agents
You ask: Find two hours for the launch email
A two-hour task today, 3:30 to 5:30 PM, after your 2:00 block, with the launch plan’s notes on it.
You ask: Move the Brightside demo to Sunday at 3
It asks first, because the demo is in your Google calendar. On yes, it moves to Sunday at 3:00 PM.
You ask: Block 30 minutes on Saturday at 11 to answer replies on X
A task on Saturday, 11 to 11:30 AM, on the board’s own calendar.
Also try Claude: “Plan my day: the pricing review, the demo video and two client replies”

Yes. Add a Google account and your Google calendars show on the board, kept up to date both ways. Add as many accounts as you use.
When you ask a connected AI app to, it can make, change or cancel events in your Google calendars through Context Board. Context Board makes such a change only once the app says you agreed to it, and never in a button, brief or job the board starts on its own.
It reads every calendar the board shows, finds the free time and puts the task there, on the board’s own calendar. Ask it to plan your day and each task gets its own free slot.
Yes, ten minutes before each event with a time, with Join on a call. Reminders for your Google calendar’s own events are one switch away.
Yes, as layers. Your content calendars’ posts show at their times and your pipelines’ follow-ups on their days. Hide either with its box, or drag one and it moves on its own board too.
No. A Calendar board holds your own plans, so it is not shared by link.
Calendars sit beside content calendars, client pipelines, dashboards and every other kind of board, in one workspace your agents work in with you.
