What it does
Lead, Talking, Proposal sent and Won to start, renamed to fit how you sell. Each column keeps its own total, with the open total on top.
Claude, Codex and Grok read every deal, move one and log a note in one go. Each change lands in Board activity with their name and an Undo.
A deal due today, or with no next step, waits in Follow-ups. At 9 AM on the day, a reminder tells you who.
Value, next step, email and phone, then every call, email, meeting and agreement, newest first. A line an agent logs carries its name.
When a guest on a Google Calendar meeting matches a deal’s email, the meeting shows the deal. Prep asks your agent for a brief, and Log it on the deal saves what you agreed.
Sort every deal by stage, value or date. Bring deals in from a CSV file, or download them all.
Ask your agents
You ask: Move Fernhill Bakery to Proposal sent
Fernhill moves to Proposal sent, the email is logged on its history, and a follow-up is set for Monday.
You ask: Who should I follow up with this week?
Four names, most urgent first, read from each deal’s next step and its date.
You ask: Add Kiln & Co as a lead at $1,200. They found us through our no-shows post on X.
A new deal in Lead, with its value and a note on where it came from.
Also try Claude: “Log my call with Priya at Northwind. She wants a yearly price. Follow up Thursday.”

Yes. Stages and currency renames them, adds up to twelve, puts them in a new order or removes one. Deals in the last stage count as won. Your agent can rename them too.
Any app that speaks MCP connects with one address: Claude, ChatGPT on plans that allow a custom connector, Codex, Cursor and more. They read deals, change one and log a note in one go, and every change carries their name with an Undo.
Yes. A deal whose next step is due today, late or missing shows in Follow-ups, and a reminder comes at 9 AM on the day. Your follow-ups also show on your Calendar board, on their days.
No. The board does not connect to your inbox. Email opens your own mail app, and the calls, emails and meetings in a deal’s history are the ones you or your agents log.
Yes, as a CSV file: up to 2,000 deals at a time. You can download every deal as CSV whenever you like.
No. A client pipeline holds other people’s names and contact details, so it is never shared by link.
Client pipelines sit beside calendars, dashboards, docs and every other kind of board, in one workspace your agents work in with you.
