Monday morning, and the business lives in four tabs. Stripe in one, Google Analytics in another, Search Console in a third. And a terminal, where a Claude Code session stopped an hour ago to ask you something.
Databox was made to close tabs like those. It pulls 130+ tools into dashboards and reports, adds an AI analyst called Genie, and prices by users and data sources, because its customers are teams and agencies. When the team is you, a lot of that is weight you carry and never use.
A dashboard your agent builds
On Databox you build the Databoard. Pick the metrics, drag the visualizations into place, set them up, then do the next one. Templates help, and once it is built Genie will answer questions about it.
On Context Board you ask. Connect Stripe and Google once, then tell Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor what you want to see. “MRR for 90 days, visitors today and search clicks for 28 days.” It adds the widgets over MCP. You drag them where you like. Ask again tomorrow and it changes them.
Two things keep it honest. Every form shows what a widget will say before anything is added. And the board never shows a number it did not receive, so a failed pull keeps the last good value and tells you what went wrong and when.
Your AI agents on the same board
This is where a founder’s board and a team’s KPI dashboard part ways.
A small runner, set up once with one line from Connect, reads your own computer. Add the AI usage widget from the gallery and it shows what is left of your Claude Code and Codex plans, the five-hour window and the week, as rings, each with when it resets. Beside it, every session on your computer, working, done or waiting on you for a question, an OK or a plan.
So one glance answers two questions. How is the business doing, and is anything stuck on me? From your sessions, only names, states and percentages leave your computer. What you and your agents wrote stays there.
What it costs a solo founder
Databox has a real free plan. One user, one dashboard, three data sources and a daily sync. Each Google Analytics property counts as a source, so Stripe, GA4 and Search Console fill it on day one.
Hourly syncs and the MCP server start on Analyst, at $89 a month billed monthly or $71 a month billed annually. That is one user and five data sources, and $852 a year if you pay up front. The first plan for more than one person, Team Core, is $249 a month billed monthly.
Context Board is $6 a month after a 3-day trial. That is $72 a year, with every connection, widget and theme in the one plan. The agent that builds it is the one you already pay for.
Where Databox still fits
Databox is built for a team that shares its numbers. Team Core gives three people one place for goals, scorecards, anomaly detection, alerts and scheduled reports. Agency plans add account packs and cross-account reporting for client work. Its datasets and governed semantic layer keep a metric meaning the same thing for everyone who reads it.
That is a reporting job for a group. Context Board is something you look at, so it does not send alerts or scheduled reports, and it is one person’s board, shared as a read-only link when somebody else needs to see it. If you report to a team or to clients, run both. If the business is you and your agents, start with the board.
Try it on your own numbers
Connect Stripe, Google Analytics and Search Console. Link your computer with the one line from Connect. Then start from the Founder HQ template, or ask your agent for the board you would check first thing every morning.
Start your Context Board, free for 3 days. The Stripe dashboard page shows what the revenue side reads, and the business dashboard page shows a fuller layout.
