Your writing is spread across files. The launch plan is a Word doc, the pricing decision lives in Google Docs, and the customer call notes are a folder of .docx files nobody opens. When you want an agent’s help, you paste one of them into a chat, and the next agent starts from nothing.
Import them once. They become pages in a doc board, pages inside pages, and every agent you connect can read, search and write them.
Your originals stay where they are. The pages are a copy, with nothing linked to Google or Microsoft, so they’re yours to change.
What comes over from Word and Google Docs
Each Word file becomes a page, with its headings, bold, italic, links, bulleted and numbered lists, and tables. The pictures inside the file come too, PNG, JPEG, GIF and WebP, up to 60 in one import. A document’s Title and Subtitle read as its first headings.
A folder keeps its shape, because folders become pages holding pages. A long document comes in as parts, each a page of its own, so nothing is cut.
Google Docs come in the same way. In Google Docs, choose File, then Download, and pick the .docx file type. Drop that file in.
The import keeps a document’s structure rather than its look, so fonts, sizes and colors stay behind. Your files are read in your browser, and only the pages made from them, with their pictures, go to your board.
Before anything is made, the preview shows the pages and where they’ll go: a new doc board, or inside a page of one you have. If it isn’t what you wanted, Undo import takes it all back.
What your agents do with the pages
Your agent reads a page as Markdown, with the pages above and inside it, and finds any page by its words. So “what did we decide about pricing?” gets its answer from the Pricing decision page, not from a guess.
Then it writes. Codex adds a to-do under This week in Launch plan. Claude reads six call pages and writes What we heard as a new page, with a link to each call. Agents write at the end of a page, after a part, in place of a section, or as a new page inside another. To-dos, toggles, tables and links to pages all come through.
Each write glows once in the agent’s color with its name, and Board activity lists it with Undo. Turn on Agent colors in Settings and every line an agent wrote keeps a thin line in its color. Page history keeps the last 100 changes to a page for 30 days, each with who made it, and Restore this version puts any of them back.
Taking pages back out
A page downloads as Markdown, one page at a time. Word to Markdown shows what that file holds. Or share the doc as a small website, with each page at its own address.
