On Basic we keep no copy of your bookmarks. The text of a save goes up to be tagged and embedded, then is dropped. Your account and its license checks are the parts that stay.

Pro syncs your library across devices so your AI tools can reach it. That copy is readable by us, and it is not end-to-end encrypted. Basic keeps the library on your machine.
